The Position

I Holland implements a solution model, working closely with our customers and agents to identify and resolve issues in the tablet production process, addressing manufacturing challenges even before they manifest in production. In support of this model, I Holland

requires our technical sales team be extremely competent in the tablet manufacturing process, specially tooling design and specification, to allow for the effective communication of technical solutions to an exacting customer base. The ultimate objective of the TSM role is to generate sales growth of all I Holland products and services through the creation of new opportunities and building customers’ loyalty combining direct activity and sound management of agent networks. The successful candidate will have 4 main areas of responsibility:



  • Troubleshooting complex technical manufacturing issues, becoming the ‘Go-To’ technical resource for I Holland customers in the delivery of value- add engineering
  • The creation and execution of a plan to generate growth and new business within the I Holland strategic vision of value-add engineering
  • The management and support of allocated agents to create an effective, motivated and successful partnership
  • The effective communication with all stakeholders (customers, agents and related functions within our company) to achieve mutual goals


It is a truly international role that requires extensive travelling for face-to-face discussions, approx. 40% of the time, within the area of responsibility.



The candidates

We expect candidates for these roles to have an extremely positive and can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of the cultural differences between countries. Some of the qualifications and skills that we are looking for are:


  • Engineering degree (BSME preferred) or demonstrated equivalent technical capabilities
  • Foreign language skills at negotiation level
  • Five (5) years field sales or technical support experience
  • Satisfactory test results in qualification process
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer / IT systems skills
  • Desire to grow within the organisation
  • Previous experience of working with agents
  • Must demonstrate job longevity

Job Title:          Health Safety & CI Manager

Reports to:      Director of Manufacturing

Location:          Long Eaton, Nottingham

Job Purpose

To act as the Company Health and Safety Manager ensuring Business compliance with Health and Safety legislation. To make sure that Health and Safety risk assessments are up to date carrying out regular audits across the company to identify areas of risk and non-compliance, with the purpose of implementing appropriate corrective actions.

To lead and implement improvement activities, increasing manufacturing and business performance. Using structured problem resolution tools and techniques, coupled with engineering application and facilitation skills to deliver tangible benefits.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure business compliance with HS&E legislation
  • Manage the business Health and Safety system
  • Prepare risk assessments for all areas of the Business
  • Lead improvement activity to reduce HS&E risks
  • Implementation of Health and Safety related corrective actions
  • Lead waste and defect reduction activities in a high precision engineering environment using Lean tools including Error Proofing/ SMED/ 6S etc
  • Resolve problems at pace with structed problem resolution and root cause analysis tools and techniques, such as 3C/ 8D/ 5 Why/ Ishikawa
  • Improve manufacturing process capability through application of sound engineering principles e.g. SPC
  • Eliminate non-value added activities to reduce lead times
  • Lead by example, using best practice problem resolution approaches to upskill the wider workforce

Experienced with using problem resolution tools and techniques at pace Kaizen, 3C, 8D, DMAIC, 5 why


Delivered waste and lead time reduction activities


Delivered defect reduction activities


Managed a safety system


Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and other office applications


Competent with statistical software e.g. Minitab


Tablet tooling and equipment manufacturing process knowledge




Degree level engineering qualification 


Six Sigma Green Belt (or above)

General Operator – Temp


The successful candidate should have:

Basic understanding of inspection, have a good eye for detail

Be able to visually detect faults

Previous experience of working on manual and CNC machines, CNC turning machines or lathes

Duties will include polishing, using saws and using repetitive machinery.

Hours of work – 2 Shift Pattern Hours of work AM (6am to 2pm) and PM (2pm to 10pm) shifts Monday – Friday (39 hours per week)

Flexibility of working hours is essential.

Shift premium and Pay – £9.34 and average shift premiums of 18%

Finance Assistant

Purpose of Role:

To support the Financeteam with the day-to-day tasks of the finance department, reporting directly to the Management Accountant.

Gain knowledge and share skills across all the departments of the finance team, these include purchasing, purchase ledger, payroll and despatch. This is to help with back up and support across the team in times of high workload, and to cover holidays/absence.

Ideally suited to an apprentice, however all applications will be considered.

Finance Tasks: (to be delegated & supervised
by the Management Accountant

          Posting Cash daily for all bank accounts

     Process Sales Admin queries, with regards to credit checks, credit limits etc and maintaining the data in our system

     Posting cash book journals

     Overdue debt chasing

     Run daily reports

Reconcile post information and supply information of Commissions

Supporting preparation of VAT returns

Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations and journal entries

Posting Sales invoices as required

Accruals, Prepayments and Payroll Journals

Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register

Audit preparation and support

Support with Payroll Processing/journals and P32 reconciliations

Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Management Accountant

To help with the booking in of stock and matching the delivery notes to the stock

Matching Purchase Orders to invoices and posting the invoices
