A great success for first online troubleshooting course – Nov 2020

I Holland Hosted First Troubleshooting Tablet Production Online Course

Thursday 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th November 2020

Online

This year we were excited to announce I Holland’s Troubleshooting Tablet Production Online Course.

With everything going on in the world, we wanted to keep you safe. What better way to do this then to take the risk out of travel, and have our regular annual courses usually held at I Holland, online?! As usual, we took customers through the most common problems found in modern tablet production, from sticking and picking to weight control and capping. The seminar was designed in line with our inhouse seminars and highlighted the most prolific problems and offered answers to each issue. It also demonstrated how to tackle elements of punch and die design, tooling specification and aftercare through a planned professional maintenance programme, all of which will helps to improve output and profitability. The event combined a practical element and demonstrated how this process works.

The factory tour was still available virtually, where attendees saw punch manufacture from design through to despatch of the final product. Attendees also worked together to design a tablet – a 3D printed sample was sent to them in the post.

Overall, the seminar was the perfect opportunity to discuss individual cases and gain informative feedback on how I Holland can further assist in solving tooling problems. To make sure this happened, we designed one on one consultations to make sure all of your questions are answered.

Due to the success of the online course, I Holland will be hosting more in the future to ensure everyone is able to attend! We look forward to seeing you at our next event.
