
Ibrutinib is a medication used to treat certain types of blood cancer. It belongs to a class of drugs known as Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitors, which work by targeting a protein involved in the growth and survival of certain B-cells.
Ibrutinib is used to treat conditions including chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and Waldenström’s macroglobulinaemia.
